You can walk in for service any time during business hours without an appointment. If you are located in San Mateo, Fremont, Burlingame, Redwood City, Foster City, Campbell, Union City, Pleasanton, Livermore, or any other location, you can also benefit from our mobile live scan fingerprint service.
Computer Based Live Scan Fingerprint
Live Scan fingerprinting system refers to the process of capturing fingerprints directly into a digitized format as opposed to traditional ink and paper, card methods. Live Scan systems have evolved from standalone capture devices to complex systems with integration to multiple secure and safe databases. Images can now be captured, transmitted to a central location and/or interface with an Automated Fingerprint Identification System (AFIS) for identification processing. The method is clean, swift, and less prone to errors and mistakes.
Ink Fingerprint
Ink fingerprint is also referred as "hard card" fingerprint, or FBI FD-258 card fingerprint. We carry a large supply of original FBI FD-258 fingerprint cards. If you do not have your own fingerprint cards, we can supply you free of cost with what is needed.
The U.S. Department of Justice establishes rules and regulations for the subject of an FBI Identification Record to obtain a copy of his or her own Record for review. The FBI’s Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Division processes these requests.
Fees
Our transparent fee structure ensures you have a clear understanding of the costs involved. Our fingerprint rolling fees is only $25.00. Additional processing fees are required for state Department of Justice (DOJ) and FBI level criminal history records checks. Other fees may also be required.

We strongly believe in bringing time to value at the customer's doorstep. MyLive Scan’s approach has always been to listen to our Customers, be proactive and respond quickly. So to add more convenience to our customer's needs, MyLive Scan also provides Onsite (doorstep) service at their office, residence or a chosen location with a prior scheduled appointment. MyLive Scan team carries all the required computers, systems and equipment to the customer's premise to conduct the fingerprinting services efficiently and accurately.
